Buyer's Digest

Use this page as a product-first sourcing checkpoint before sending an RFQ. Category: Motors And Drives. Confirm application fit, capacity, materials, destination, lead time and compliance requirements before comparing suppliers.

Original product description

The SINEE EM760 is a vector control variable frequency drive offered in the listed 7.5–400 kW range for industrial motor-speed and torque-control systems. Its control modes include V/F control (VVF), speed sensorless vector control (SVC), and speed sensor vector control (FVC).

The series supports three-phase AC asynchronous motors and permanent-magnet synchronous motors;the also identifies permanent-magnet synchronous reluctance and high-speed motor drive integration.

For three-phase 340–460 V configurations, the stated input tolerance is -10% to +10%, with 50–60 Hz frequency and less than 3% voltage unbalance. The drive provides continuous output at 100% rated current.

Listed overload capability is 150% rated current for 60 seconds in G models and 120% for 60 seconds in P models at a 2 k. Hz carrier frequency, with derating required above that carrier level. The frequency-control range is 0.00–600.00 Hz or 0.0–3000.0 Hz, depending on configuration.

Listed speed-control ranges are 1:50 in VVF, 1:200 in SVC, and 1:1000 in FVC. Start and stop control can be handled through the keyboard, two-line or three-line control terminals, or communication. Signal sources include communication, multi-speed, analog, and high-speed pulse inputs.

The standard configuration includes seven multifunction digital inputs, three analog inputs, two open-collector outputs, two relay outputs, and two multifunction analog outputs;additional channels are available through expansion cards.

The drive includes an LCD operating panel with parameter upload and download for copying settings. Listed expansion options include PROFINET, CANopen, and EtherCAT communication cards, plus OC, differential, UVW, resolver, and sine/cosine PG cards.

A built-in C3 filter and DC reactor are identified as standard features. Protective functions include short-circuit, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase-loss, overload, overheat, overspeed, load-loss, and external-fault protection.

Specified use conditions are indoor installation below 1 km altitude, away from dust, corrosive gases, and direct sunlight. The operating range is -10°C to +50°C, with 5% derating per 1°C above 40°C, at 20–90% relative humidity without condensation.

Installation options include wall mounting, a floor-standing electrical control cabinet, and through-wall mounting. Cooling is by forced air.

Procurement questions to confirm: Buyers should verify the exact power rating, G or P duty model, input-voltage class, output-current rating, enclosure configuration, and IP level for the selected unit.

Confirm the required motor type, encoder or PG interface, communication protocol, I/O expansion cards, braking arrangement, installation method, altitude and temperature derating, and electromagnetic-compatibility requirements.

Also request the exact dimensional drawing, package contents, configuration-specific documentation, lead time, warranty terms, and customization scope before ordering.

Buyer tips

  • State quantity range and split-delivery needs before price comparison.
  • Add certification, material or inspection standards when they affect acceptance.
  • For time-sensitive projects, include target arrival date and destination.
  • For special applications, describe operating condition, installation environment and duty cycle.

FAQ

What should buyers confirm first?

Confirm application, specification, quantity, destination and lead-time requirements before comparing offers.

Can buyers inquire when specs are incomplete?

Yes. Add model, material, size, use case and inspection needs in the RFQ to make replies comparable.

How should this listing be evaluated?

Check title, category, specifications and related keywords against the actual sourcing requirement.
